HEAVENLY TREASURES Children’s Consignment Sale

Heavenly Treasures Children’s Consignment Sale is a ministry of Rosedale Baptist Church
 with a mission to help support GraceNow.
  
GraceNow is a food and clothing pantry that assists residents of Madison County who are in need.

Heavenly Treasures held its first Sale in March 2005 and continues biannually.  There is a Spring/Summer Sale in March and a Fall/Winter Sale in August each year. 

          It takes many people to make the Sale successful.  
Sellers who can bring 150 items for each number they obtain.  
Volunteers to help check-in items, place items on racks/tables, check-out and break down of the Sale .

          As a seller in the HTS, you will receive 70% of the selling price GraceNow receives the remaining 30%.  Total donations of 100% are always welcome. 

          You DO NOT have to be a seller to volunteer a 3-hour shift sometime during the Sale and receive the same early shopping privilege.

6:05 pm                        ½ price shopping time for those both Selling and working
Saturday, August 2       8:00 am-12:00 pm        Sale - 50% reduction on selected items
                                    12:00-3:00 pm             Break down of Sale
                                    4:00-6:00 pm               Seller checks/items may be picked up

VOLUNTEERING and/or SELLING

Volunteers are asked to work a 3-hour shift any time during the times listed below.  There will be childcare available on Friday and Saturday.  If you would like to volunteer in childcare we only ask for a 2-hour shift.  As a worker you have the opportunity to shop early on Thursday evening at 6:00p.m. before the Sale opens to the public on Friday morning.

If you are a SELLER and a WORKER then you get the opportunity to shop the ½ price Sale on Friday evening at 6:05p.m. before the ½ price sale opens to the public on Saturday morning.
